Oversees hotel sales operations and leads the sales department to achieve revenue objectives. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and motivating sales staff; managing budgets, forecasts, pricing, proposals, and customer satisfaction; monitoring market trends and competition; coordinating strategic meetings; attending business events; and providing performance guidance and reporting.
