Supervise and train workers with developmental and intellectual disabilities in a light manufacturing work center. Oversee daily production, quality control, materials handling, shipping and receiving, recordkeeping, safety, and housekeeping standards. Provide hands-on demonstration training, assist clients and staff, operate company vehicles, and support diverse production projects. The role requires prolonged standing, frequent movement, physical assistance, and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
