Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch law enforcement and security personnel nationwide; monitor and adjust schedules in real time; document assignments and track status; communicate assignment details and serve as primary client contact; respond to service requests and incidents; maintain reports using company software and Microsoft Office; prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Lead accounts receivable and revenue recognition processes, manage invoicing and collections, oversee AR aging and reconciliations, drive DSO improvements, resolve billing disputes, strengthen internal controls, support audits, and develop the AR team while implementing process and system improvements.

Supervise daily dispatch floor operations and a Client Support team, manage escalations, drive productivity and service quality, coach staff, use multiple software platforms and reporting tools, and collaborate with vendors and internal departments to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Manage assigned accounts receivable by processing invoices in the ERP, ensuring billing accuracy, following up on outstanding balances, supporting collections, responding to client billing inquiries, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with Operations and Finance to resolve discrepancies and support audits.

Drive new business and manage an assigned book by prospecting, developing proposals, presenting solutions, negotiating complex deals, and closing contracts. Use CRM tools to track opportunities, hit sales targets, and collaborate with account teams. Role requires frequent outreach, occasional domestic travel, flexible hours, and strong consultative selling experience in security or managed services.

Manage inbound website leads and own outbound lead generation (research, cold calling, qualification, proposals). Establish temporary and emergency service contracts, analyze lost opportunities, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and account teams to drive consistent go-to-market results.

Lead design, development, and deployment of systems-level software; manage and mentor engineering teams; drive technical direction, coding, and architecture decisions; collaborate with product, QA, and operations; establish coding standards and best practices; evaluate new technologies; and ensure scalable, secure, high-quality software delivery across real-time, networking, streaming, and desktop/embedded domains.
