Process high-volume vendor invoices in the ERP, validate and code invoices, support payment runs, reconcile vendor statements, resolve payment issues, maintain accurate records, respond to vendor inquiries, and follow AP controls and audit procedures.

Monitor live surveillance feeds, identify suspicious activity and respond to alerts per protocol. Supervise and assist training of ~35 monitoring specialists, review archived footage, prepare incident reports, liaise with stakeholders and local authorities, and provide customer service.

Drive new business and manage an assigned book of business for national security officer and managed services. Prospect, develop proposals, present solutions, negotiate complex deals, and hit aggressive sales targets while using CRM and sales tools. Role requires travel and occasional after-hours work.

Provide armed or unarmed on-site security through regular patrols, CCTV monitoring, incident response, first aid, and coordination with emergency services. Maintain reports, follow protocols, and participate in ongoing training. Must work evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Lead financial performance, retention, and growth for assigned enterprise accounts. Build executive relationships, drive expansion and stabilization strategies, run QBRs/ABRs, coordinate cross-functional delivery, monitor performance, mitigate risks, and maintain account records in Salesforce to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.
