Teams at Protos Security

Supervise overnight client support and dispatch floor operations, manage team performance, resolve escalated client and officer issues, coordinate with vendors and internal departments, track service metrics, and improve operational processes. The role coaches support staff, serves as a subject matter expert, ensures timely issue resolution, and promotes accountability and service quality in an onsite, fast-paced environment.

Provide high-visibility foot patrols to deter theft and disturbances, respond professionally to incidents, escort individuals off-site, communicate with staff and management, complete daily activity and incident reports, and deliver basic customer service while maintaining safety.
