Owns Protocol’s growth infrastructure, sales pipeline, forecasting, CRM, marketing automation, content, branding, campaigns, and external messaging. Builds financial and operational models, manages the sales cycle, develops marketing programs, supports executive initiatives, prepares leadership materials, and improves scalable processes across growth and operations. This hands-on role partners with senior leadership to execute go-to-market priorities in a fast-growing healthcare services company.

Lead and own end-to-end partner implementations, translating partnership requirements into executable plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing up to two concurrent launches, providing onsite support, refining playbooks/templates, and driving broader operations projects to improve processes and tooling.

Support day-to-day operations of a virtual behavioral health clinic: manage patient referrals and records, field patient calls, coordinate scheduling, triage internal helpdesk issues, assist billing administration, and maintain data accuracy across EMRs and internal tools while identifying process improvements.

Own and grow relationships with oncology practice partners, lead quarterly performance reviews, activate referring providers, manage the Care Coordinator team to convert referrals into completed behavioral health intakes, and build scalable processes and reporting to drive referral volume and partner satisfaction.

Own full-cycle recruitment for Behavioral Health Care Managers: source, screen, manage offers and onboarding handoffs. Build pipelines of licensed mental health clinicians, maintain ATS data integrity, coordinate interviews, track recruiting metrics, partner with clinical leadership, and improve hiring processes to scale clinical staffing across time zones and partner sites.
