Own revenue and go-to-market operations across Sales and Partner Success. Administer HubSpot, maintain pipeline data and reporting, coordinate meetings and QBRs, manage commercial materials, execute campaigns, support press releases and conference participation, track deliverables, and build repeatable workflows that improve accountability and execution.

Supports day-to-day virtual behavioral health clinic operations, including patient referrals, record creation, appointment reminders, scheduling changes, provider communication, internal helpdesk triage, billing administration, and data accuracy across EMRs and operational tools. The role also identifies process gaps and escalates operational issues while providing a smooth virtual front-desk experience for patients and providers.

Owns Protocol’s growth infrastructure, sales pipeline, forecasting, CRM, marketing automation, content, branding, campaigns, and external messaging. Builds financial and operational models, manages the sales cycle, develops marketing programs, supports executive initiatives, prepares leadership materials, and improves scalable processes across growth and operations. This hands-on role partners with senior leadership to execute go-to-market priorities in a fast-growing healthcare services company.
