Teams at Protestant Episcopal Theological Seminary in Virginia

Manages the library’s integrated systems, discovery services, digital resources, acquisitions, cataloging, licensing, vendor relationships, usage reporting, and technology support. Provides reference assistance and training to patrons and staff, coordinates with the seminary’s IT contractor, monitors system security and compliance, manages budgets and invoices, and recommends emerging library technologies. The role also participates in evening and weekend library coverage.

Provides administrative and operational support for the Contextual Ministry department, including records management, calendars, budgeting assistance, reconciliations, student and supervisor orientations, events, webpage and learning-platform updates, and departmental communications. The role coordinates placements, meetings, services, and ministry-related programs while fostering a welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, and guests.
