Source and develop data partnerships for AI training use cases. Translate customer needs into sourcing strategies, identify and qualify data providers, evaluate provenance and rights, coordinate diligence and samples, structure commercial agreements, and move partners through contracting, activation, and handoff. The role also builds scalable sourcing workflows, maintains partner pipelines, supports customer deals, and provides market intelligence across commercial, technical, legal, product, and operations teams.

Lead Protege’s DataLab research strategy and team, focusing on AI training data quality, model evaluation, synthetic data, privacy-preserving methodologies, and benchmarking systems. Partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, customers, and leadership to translate ambiguous technical questions into experiments, frameworks, and actionable recommendations. Establish rigorous, reproducible research processes, publish findings, influence product and customer strategy, recruit researchers, and represent the company across the AI ecosystem.

Support multiple senior executives by managing complex calendars, scheduling, travel, priorities, confidential information, and occasional personal assistance. Serve as a gatekeeper, anticipate leadership needs, resolve conflicts, coordinate across time zones, and partner with the CEO’s EA and Chief of Staff. Also support cross-functional initiatives, People team projects, and company offsites in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Serve as the second attorney, partnering with the CLO on commercial contracts and data privacy. Draft and negotiate data licenses, SOWs, NDAs, BAAs, DPAs, and vendor agreements; advise on HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, de-identification, consent, provenance, and AI regulation; manage a high-volume legal queue and outside counsel; and build scalable templates, playbooks, intake processes, and AI-assisted workflows.

Own the commercial strategy and execution for Protege’s assessments and benchmarking business. Responsibilities include mapping target healthcare AI accounts, managing the existing pipeline, conducting full-cycle commercial engagements, developing GTM strategy, structuring and negotiating deals, coordinating stakeholders, and closing contracts. The role requires fluency in healthcare AI data landscapes, strong pipeline management, and the ability to navigate complex technical, business, and legal discussions.

Develop product positioning, messaging, content, and go-to-market assets for an AI training data platform. Lead end-to-end product, vertical, DataLab, and commercial launches; translate complex AI and data concepts for technical buyers; create thought leadership, case studies, decks, webinars, videos, social content, and landing pages; and partner with Product, Sales, DataLab, Community, and business leaders to strengthen market narrative and support commercial growth.

Own and grow a small portfolio (2-4) of strategic foundation-lab and frontier AI accounts. Build multi-year deal strategies, map stakeholders, coordinate internal teams (DataLab, Solutions, Legal, CSM), and drive significant GMV through structured agreements, accurate forecasting, and expansion opportunities. Represent Protege at events and surface account-derived insights to shape product and supply strategy.
