Leads DataLab operations by planning and prioritizing data initiatives, designing scalable processes, establishing operating rhythms and performance dashboards, and coordinating Data, Product, Engineering, executive, and partner stakeholders. Translates strategy into roadmaps and accountability, communicates progress and outcomes, identifies operational bottlenecks, and provides hands-on problem-solving as the organization scales.

Own Salesforce architecture, GTM systems, revenue processes, forecasting, pipeline governance, reporting, attribution, and data integrity. Build automations and integrations across marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer success tools using APIs, workflow platforms, SQL, and AI-enabled solutions. Design lifecycle processes, lead routing, qualification standards, dashboards, and multi-touch attribution. Serve as the hands-on operational bridge between Marketing and Sales while maintaining scalable systems, documentation, governance, and reliable executive revenue visibility.
