The Management Analyst II will conduct advanced data analysis, evaluate metrics, and provide recommendations for organizational improvements, primarily supporting U.S. Navy programs.

The Supervisory Technical Writer is responsible for leading a team of writers in developing and reviewing technical publications, ensuring clarity and compliance. Responsibilities include writing manuals, overseeing documentation, and revising materials as needed.

Provide analytical support to a U.S. Navy customer by collecting and analyzing organizational, operational, and financial data; develop mathematical models; produce written reports and briefings; recommend and help implement improvements; lead evaluations and mentor junior analysts.

Perform operations research and analytical modeling to optimize Navy operational planning, resource allocation, forecasting, scheduling, and supply chain; develop simulation and mathematical models, evaluate scenarios, and provide recommendations to support government decision-making.

Perform advanced operations research and mission analysis for a U.S. Navy customer: develop mathematical models, run simulations and optimization, forecast performance, evaluate alternatives, prepare senior briefings, and mentor junior analysts to support government decision-making.

Provide acquisition and procurement support for U.S. Navy programs: develop acquisition strategies and documentation, manage procurement actions and contract artifacts, perform complex market research and analysis, and advise stakeholders on acquisition best practices and compliance.

Provide junior-to-mid level contract support for a U.S. Navy program: create and update contract documentation, track contract actions and deliverables, prepare modifications and administrative materials, and coordinate with contract managers and stakeholders.

Provide analytical support to a U.S. Navy customer by collecting and analyzing organizational, operational, and financial data; conducting interviews and observations; developing mathematical models; preparing written and oral reports with findings and recommendations; and supporting implementation of improvements.

Provide acquisition support to U.S. Navy programs by assisting with acquisition package development, procurement documentation, market research, tracking, reporting, and coordination with government and contractor acquisition personnel to ensure compliance.

Provide cybersecurity validation for a U.S. Navy customer: support control assessments, review documentation, prepare validation artifacts and compliance reports, coordinate with teams, and help identify risks and mitigations.

Lead and oversee day-to-day program execution for a future U.S. Navy program: manage schedules, deliverables, risks, cost, performance, multi-disciplinary teams, stakeholder briefings, and senior engagement. Requires DoD/Navy experience and security clearance.

Lead and perform cybersecurity validation and compliance reviews for a U.S. Navy customer: conduct assessments, prepare validation artifacts, identify risks and mitigation, and coordinate validation efforts with internal and external teams.

Provide entry-level contract support for a U.S. Navy program: create and update contract documentation, track contract actions and deliverables, prepare modifications and administrative materials, and coordinate with contract managers and stakeholders.

Manage day-to-day program execution for a U.S. Navy customer: lead schedules, milestones, deliverables, risk management, documentation, and coordination between Navy and contractor teams to ensure compliance and timely performance.

Support U.S. Navy program financial operations: prepare reports, track budgets and expenditures, perform cost analyses, and assist forecasting and multi-year planning for program financial health.

Provide senior-level financial analysis for a U.S. Navy program: develop complex financial models and forecasts, prepare reports and briefings, support cost risk assessments, strategic budget planning, and coordinate financial inputs for program reviews.

Senior technical engineer supporting U.S. Navy modernization and sustainment: lead engineering studies, develop technical documentation, oversee test planning and design reviews, provide SME engagement, mentor teams, and support system development, analysis, and testing.

Provide mid-level systems engineering support to U.S. Navy programs: conduct engineering assessments, develop plans/specs and training, assist testing and data review, participate in risk reviews, and mentor junior engineers.

Provide systems development, analysis, documentation, testing, integration, verification, and engineering support for U.S. Navy programs. Develop technical artifacts, participate in design and technical reviews, troubleshoot, and collaborate with Navy, contractor, and internal teams.

Integrate, install, configure, upgrade, compile, and sustain COTS/GOTS software in HPC environments. Develop automation scripts and playbooks, execute performance and failover tests, troubleshoot hardware/software, maintain virtualization and container platforms, produce technical documentation, track/report issues, and coordinate integration activities for system reliability.
