Support daily investment operations across multiple asset classes: trade capture, confirmations, settlements, fails resolution, P&L and cash/position reconciliations, corporate actions, broker/custodian coordination, fund onboarding, OMS/PMS configuration, reporting, process improvements, and special projects for hedge fund and multi-manager clients.

Manage and optimize enterprise Microsoft SQL Server environments, ensure performance, security, HA/DR, backups and restores, tune queries, execute upgrades/migrations, enforce DB standards, and collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to support critical systems.

Manage and maintain security platforms (IAM, PAM, DLP, SOAR, MDM, email/antivirus), perform vulnerability assessments and scans, monitor alerts, respond to incidents, implement security controls and policies, collaborate with teams to remediate gaps, and improve threat detection and prevention.

Perform advanced penetration tests and security assessments across systems, networks, and applications. Identify, analyze, and remediate vulnerabilities; ensure NCA compliance; monitor and respond to security incidents; perform threat analysis; collaborate with infra/dev/ops to improve security posture and controls.

Lead and manage end-to-end IT operations, ensuring incident/problem/request management per ITIL v4, high infrastructure availability, RCA oversight, capacity planning, ISO 27001/20000 compliance, KPI/SLA reporting, vendor/stakeholder coordination, and continuous service improvement.

Administer, maintain, and optimize MariaDB/MySQL instances across environments. Implement backups, PITR, DR, replication and clustering (Galera preferred). Provide on-call support and ensure security, compliance, and patching.

Lead end-to-end design for brand, institutional product UI, and developer experience. Own visual identity, product console flows, docs and sandbox UX, hire and manage a small design team, and partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Compliance.

Lead and scale the engineering organization for a regulated digital-asset custody platform. Own hiring, org design, engineering operations (on-call, incidents, release hygiene), delivery against roadmaps, audit and regulator readiness (SOC 2, SAMA, ISO 27001), and cross-functional alignment. Amplify an existing small, specialized team to meet regulatory and institutional requirements while preserving culture and retention.

Manage and optimize enterprise storage and backup environments including SAN/NAS, backup/replication/archiving policies, DR/business continuity, Windows Server/AD administration, virtualization platforms, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team collaboration to ensure high availability and data protection.

Hunt new clients for recruitment services through high-volume outbound activities: cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach. Qualify hiring needs, book qualified meetings, manage CRM, handle objections, and aggressively follow up to generate revenue opportunities.

Serve as primary client contact for assigned accounts in a Saudi consulting firm, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and account growth. Coordinate delivery teams, support proposals and renewals, develop strategic account plans, and maintain CRM records and reporting. Identify expansion opportunities and align solutions to client objectives.

Administer and maintain enterprise unified communications and collaboration platforms (IP telephony, conferencing, messaging, contact center, VMS/CCTV). Perform updates, monitoring, patching, certificate management, incident handling, vendor coordination, BC/DR support, and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
