Administer and maintain enterprise unified communications and collaboration platforms (IP telephony, conferencing, messaging, contact center, VMS/CCTV). Perform updates, monitoring, patching, certificate management, incident handling, vendor coordination, BC/DR support, and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.

Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, ensure HA/DR and clustering, perform backups and recovery, monitor and tune performance, execute upgrades/migrations and enforce security and best practices while supporting business applications.

Lead business development and sales for a Riyadh events company: manage a 3-5 person sales team, build government and private-sector client relationships, identify and secure new business, prepare proposals and tenders, negotiate and close high-value contracts, and support strategic growth while reporting to the CEO.

Perform fund accounting and operational support for alternative investment clients: trade confirmation/settlement, P&L and cash/position reconciliations, corporate actions, fails management, broker onboarding, data integrity, and client/prime broker communication while adhering to risk policies and resolving complex issues.

Manage and optimize enterprise storage and backup environments including SAN/NAS, backup/replication/archiving policies, DR/business continuity, Windows Server/AD administration, virtualization platforms, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-team collaboration to ensure high availability and data protection.

Provide fund accounting and middle-office support for alternative investment clients: trade confirmation/settlement, P&L and cash/position reconciliations, fails management, corporate actions, broker onboarding, data integrity, and client communication while adhering to risk and operational policies.

Design and produce high-quality graphics and engaging motion graphics/short-form videos for social media, ads, websites, and campaigns. Maintain brand assets and visual consistency, collaborate with marketing and content teams, meet deadlines, and convert creative direction into polished visual output.

Serve as primary client contact for assigned accounts in a Saudi consulting firm, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and account growth. Coordinate delivery teams, support proposals and renewals, develop strategic account plans, and maintain CRM records and reporting. Identify expansion opportunities and align solutions to client objectives.

Hunt new clients for recruitment services through high-volume outbound activities: cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach. Qualify hiring needs, book qualified meetings, manage CRM, handle objections, and aggressively follow up to generate revenue opportunities.
