Manage and optimize enterprise Microsoft SQL Server environments, ensure performance, security, HA/DR, backups and restores, tune queries, execute upgrades/migrations, enforce DB standards, and collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to support critical systems.

Administer, maintain, and optimize MariaDB/MySQL instances across environments. Implement backups, PITR, DR, replication and clustering (Galera preferred). Monitor performance, tune queries and configs, automate tasks with Bash/Python/Ansible, support CI/CD, troubleshoot incidents, and collaborate with DevOps. Provide on-call support and ensure security, compliance, and patching.
