Manage end-to-end recruiting for Engineering, IT, Operations and specialized roles: source, screen, interview, onboard candidates; build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, track metrics, and improve employer branding and processes.

Lead project controls for fit-out projects: oversee planning, baseline approval, cost control, EVM reporting (SPI/CPI), variance analysis, forecasting, team supervision, audits, and cross-functional coordination to ensure schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

Provide fund accounting and operations support for alternative investment clients: trade confirmation/settlement, P&L and cash/position reconciliation, corporate actions, fails management, broker onboarding, security setup, and client/prime broker communication. Serve as key operational contact, participate in cross‑timezone calls, follow risk and policy frameworks, and assist in resolving complex operational issues.
