Leads human resources operations across talent acquisition, total rewards, payroll, HR systems, employee relations, compliance, and vendor management. Supervises the HR Operations team, oversees workflows and escalations, advises managers on policy and employee issues, manages benefits and payroll administration, supports recruiting strategy, and partners with senior HR leadership on operational and strategic initiatives.

Serve as strategic CFO leading accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, treasury, audits, risk management, grants, and compliance (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8). Partner with CEO and Board, oversee multi-entity property consolidations, financing transactions, and mentor finance staff to ensure fiscal sustainability and regulatory compliance.
