Processes end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule, including timesheet review, deductions, tax compliance, audits, reconciliations, employee changes, reporting, and year-end processing. Maintains HRIS and employee records, supports benefits and compliance activities, resolves payroll inquiries and discrepancies, and collaborates with HR, Finance, leadership, employees, managers, and vendors while safeguarding confidential information.

Serve as strategic CFO leading accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, treasury, audits, risk management, grants, and compliance (LIHTC, HUD, Section 8). Partner with CEO and Board, oversee multi-entity property consolidations, financing transactions, and mentor finance staff to ensure fiscal sustainability and regulatory compliance.
