Leads the UX organization’s strategy, operations, talent development, budgeting, and cross-functional alignment. Manages UX managers, scales DesignOps, integrates AI into design workflows and product experiences, promotes user-centered and brand-aligned design quality, and facilitates collaboration across Product, Engineering, and Customer Experience. Owns organizational planning, resource allocation, hiring, process optimization, and executive stakeholder influence.

Own HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and the ADP Workforce Now HRIS. Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding, data governance, reporting, compliance, compensation administration, benefits and payroll system support, vendor management, immigration program coordination, and managing a People Operations Analyst. The role requires strong HRIS administration, analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Leads credit risk analytics for Prosper’s Credit Card business, overseeing underwriting, portfolio, pricing, credit line, fraud, and credit risk strategies. Uses machine learning, AI, and advanced analytics to manage growth while controlling losses within risk appetite. Presents recommendations to executives, the Credit Risk Committee, and investors; monitors performance and emerging trends; evaluates vendors and alternative data; and collaborates across Capital Markets, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing. Also builds and mentors high-performing credit risk teams.
