Designs, launches, and scales People programs covering employee engagement, onboarding, performance management, talent development, manager enablement, and career growth. Partners with HRBPs and leaders to translate organizational needs into effective employee lifecycle programs, facilitate performance cycles and workshops, analyze survey data, manage communications and change, and measure outcomes such as participation, retention, eNPS, and completion rates.

Build and maintain borrower-facing web and mobile applications for Prosper’s personal lending products using React and React Native. Own projects from architecture through launch, develop shared component libraries, integrate GraphQL and REST APIs, and improve performance, testing, accessibility, and developer experience. Collaborate cross-functionally, use AI-assisted development tools, mentor peers, and deliver polished, secure experiences in a regulated fintech environment.

Leads a distributed 24-person team spanning operations analytics, data science, and systems infrastructure. Oversees business intelligence, AI automation, contact center platforms, systems architecture, vendor management, data governance, regulatory compliance, budgeting, capacity planning, and operational KPI strategy. Partners with Risk, Fraud, Verification, Product, and Engineering teams to execute process improvements, integrations, pilots, and full-scale rollouts while improving frontline workflows and presenting recommendations to executives.
