The roleAs our Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for engaging with our customers daily, nurturing existing relationships & setting up appointments for them to explore their current lending options. What you'll be doing- Making a high volume of outbound customer engagements.
- Supporting GTM with inbound customer enquiries.
- Understanding business owners’ needs and requirements while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create value and achieve outstanding outcomes for Prospa and our customers.
- Having detailed conversations with business owners to drive commercial results.
- Exceeding key activity and performance metrics.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Professional with a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in changing environments and adapt to ambiguity.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organisational skills.
- Previous experience in fast-paced, high-volume phone-based customer service or sales roles is advantageous.
