Manage and grow a sales pipeline for managed services: qualify prospects, build solutions with vCIO/Architects, create and present proposals, close deals, and train Office Equipment reps. Maintain opportunities in Autotask, meet customers onsite, and nurture relationships to drive opportunity volume and revenue.

Responsible for generating new B2B business within the Louisville area through prospecting, presentations and demos, territory planning, negotiation and closing, CRM-based pipeline management, and maintaining customer relationships and sales documentation. Requires travel within assigned territory and independent time management.

Pre-sales, quota-carrying role supporting outside sales to identify, scope, price, and close solutions (print management, eFax, scanning, translation, document management). Acts as SME and trainer, conducts on-site assessments, develops proposals, maintains vendor relationships, and ensures seamless implementation with the Solutions Implementation Manager.
