Pre-sales, quota-carrying role supporting outside sales to identify, scope, price, and close solutions (print management, eFax, scanning, translation, document management). Acts as SME and trainer, conducts on-site assessments, develops proposals, maintains vendor relationships, and ensures seamless implementation with the Solutions Implementation Manager.

Provides desktop support by installing, configuring, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hardware and software. Recommends and implements approved upgrades, removes malware, documents procedures, and verifies hardware enhancements. Requires at least two years of relevant experience or equivalent training and certifications.

Sales intern responsible for prospecting, lead generation, qualification, sales-call scheduling, pipeline tracking, solution presentations, and selling business technology products and services. The role also supports customer relationships, managed services specialists, end-user training, assessments, and sales materials. Candidates should be persuasive, organized, self-motivated, communicative, adaptable, and comfortable initiating contact with prospects through email, phone, social media, and in-person interactions.
