Manage commercial solar projects from contract execution through commissioning. Responsibilities include coordinating pre-construction activities, permits, materials, vendors, reroofing, inspections, schedules, change orders, budgets, client communications, and solar operations. The role also supports sales, billing, purchasing, software updates, quality control, and issue resolution while maintaining safety and compliance with construction and electrical codes. Travel between job sites and familiarity with solar installation requirements are expected.

Supports the operations manager with field-project scheduling, tracking, customer coordination, hours reporting, permit and HOA status updates, PTO submissions, and preparation of management documents and reports. The role requires bilingual communication, organization, multitasking, teamwork, independence, administrative experience, and customer service experience. No supervisory responsibilities are assigned.
