Support project cost estimating and analysis across sales and project budgeting phases. Gather costing inputs, review scopes, run cost-model scenarios, present estimates, compare actuals to estimates, identify root causes, and recommend continuous improvement opportunities in processes and tools.

Lead controls design, implementation, testing and commissioning for safety-critical public-facing systems. Program and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs (Rockwell, Siemens), perform risk assessments and FMEA, validate safety systems via FAT/SAT, design secure network communications, produce technical documentation, train stakeholders, and drive NPI/testing and continuous improvements to meet regulatory safety standards.

Lead product development projects for waterslide products from concept through commercialization. Design mechanical systems, create and maintain 3D CAD models and technical documentation, perform FEA/CFD and engineering analyses, develop and run test plans and prototypes, ensure compliance with standards, support certification and field validation, and provide technical support and ride verification.

Develop complex A-class 3D surface models for large-scale fiberglass waterride components, ensure manufacturability, produce technical drawings and TDPs, manage PDM documentation, validate designs through testing and field support, and collaborate with fabrication teams. Travel internationally up to 15%.

Design and develop A-class surface models and production drawings in SOLIDWORKS; produce Technical Data Packages; lead design reviews; manage PDM/ARAS documentation; prototype and test components; support installations and on-site verification; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability, safety, and performance.

Lead a cost estimating team to produce accurate, competitive bids for waterslide and aquatic attraction projects. Prepare detailed estimates from concept to bid, analyze drawings and specs, develop cost models and databases, review vendor quotes, support pricing and margin strategy, assess project risks, track estimate-to-actuals, review contracts, and mentor the estimating team.
