Coordinates global field-team deployments by managing schedules, staffing assignments, travel bookings, visa research and applications, border documentation, employee records, and recognition programs. Lead controls design, implementation, testing and commissioning for safety-critical public-facing systems. Program and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs (Rockwell, Siemens), perform risk assessments and FMEA, validate safety systems via FAT/SAT, design secure network communications, produce technical documentation, train stakeholders, and drive NPI/testing and continuous improvements to meet regulatory safety standards.

Lead product development projects for waterslide products from concept through commercialization. Design mechanical systems, create and maintain 3D CAD models and technical documentation, perform FEA/CFD and engineering analyses, develop and run test plans and prototypes, ensure compliance with standards, support certification and field validation, and provide technical support and ride verification.
