Implements and configures Prophix One for finance clients, supports go-live activities, delivers product training, translates business problems into solutions, and manages tasks across multiple consulting engagements. The role involves direct communication with senior finance stakeholders, issue escalation, internal project support, and continuous development under senior consultants. Candidates need financial literacy, accounting knowledge, intermediate Excel skills, strong communication, and the ability to work hybrid in Etobicoke with client-site travel.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn; research prospects, personalize outreach, qualify leads, and secure sales meetings. Maintain CRM records, analyze performance metrics, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations, and continuously improve prospecting tactics. The role requires English and French fluency, CRM familiarity, strong communication and organizational skills, and the legal right to work in Belgium.

Lead end-to-end Prophix One FP&A and CPM implementations for enterprise finance clients, from discovery and solution design through configuration, training, go-live, and hypercare. Manage complex concurrent projects, client relationships, risks, timelines, scope, and commercial outcomes. Advise senior finance stakeholders, mentor consultants, improve delivery methodologies, support pre-sales, and incorporate AI-assisted workflows into professional services delivery.
