Own expansion revenue across existing Prophix accounts by identifying opportunities for new modules, additional users, cloud migrations, and deeper executive engagement. Manage full B2B sales cycles, maintain pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy, build relationships with CFOs and finance leaders, conduct executive business reviews, and collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Legal, and Cloud teams to close expansion deals.

Leads EMEA Professional Services delivery for CPM and FP&A software implementations. Manages a portfolio of concurrent client engagements, develops consultants, oversees project quality and timelines, resolves escalations, supports presales scoping, and improves delivery methodologies. The role also drives adoption of planning tools, capacity forecasting, AI-assisted workflows, and scalable professional services practices.

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, serving as the primary contact and driving adoption, value realization, retention, renewals, and expansion. Develop success plans, provide onboarding and training, monitor customer health, analyze usage trends, coordinate cross-functional interventions, and communicate customer feedback internally. The role requires strong communication in English and French, analytical ability, stakeholder management, organization, and comfort working with SaaS, CPM, FP&A, or ERP platforms.
