Build and scale production AI systems for Prophetic’s real estate intelligence platform. Responsibilities include developing agentic systems, data pipelines, inference workflows, evaluation benchmarks, geospatial processing, and machine learning applications across hundreds of millions of records. The role requires shipping reliable Python services, optimizing throughput and cost, integrating research into products, and collaborating with engineering and product teams.

Configure customer accounts, manage onboarding logistics, provide first-line B2B SaaS support, and maintain customer records across HubSpot, Intercom, and Notion. Create knowledge-base content, guides, and FAQs; assist with data exports, usage reports, QBR preparation, and sales-to-account-management handoffs. Monitor account health, coordinate customer requests with Product and Data teams, and use AI tools to improve support workflows and documentation.

Lead technical discovery, deliver customized demos, build proofs-of-concept, and translate enterprise customer requirements into platform configurations and integrations. Support onboarding, technical escalations, and relay product feedback to Product and Engineering. Travel to customer sites as needed.
