Own product strategy, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for AI-powered land development software. Conduct customer discovery, define problems and success metrics, write PRDs, and collaborate with engineering, AI, data, sales, and account management teams. Serve as the domain authority on land acquisition, zoning, site feasibility, entitlements, and market analysis while translating customer needs into impactful product decisions.

Configure customer accounts, manage onboarding logistics, provide first-line B2B SaaS support, and maintain customer records across HubSpot, Intercom, and Notion. Create knowledge-base content, guides, and FAQs; assist with data exports, usage reports, QBR preparation, and sales-to-account-management handoffs. Monitor account health, coordinate customer requests with Product and Data teams, and use AI tools to improve support workflows and documentation.

Manage day-to-day office operations, including vendors, facilities, supplies, mail, furniture, and equipment. Support team events, executive travel logistics, and occasional personal requests for leadership. Coordinate with the CEO’s executive assistant on overflow projects and one-off needs. The role requires strong organization, responsiveness, discretion, communication, and onsite availability five days per week initially.
