The Insights Associate will develop qualitative and quantitative research, analysis plans, and model insights for client strategies, while managing projects and communication.

As an Associate, you'll collaborate on strategic projects, conduct research, analyze data, and present recommendations while supporting firm initiatives and fostering office culture.

Manage, optimize, and report paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit). Lead client conversations, mentor junior team members, apply AI tools to improve workflows, collaborate with search/programmatic/analytics teams, and contribute to business development while aligning campaign work to client objectives and budgets.
