Manages paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and Reddit, including planning, setup, optimization, reporting, analysis, and budget management. Leads client conversations, connects campaign work to business goals, manages workstreams, uses AI tools to improve workflows, collaborates with digital media teams, mentors junior employees, monitors industry trends, and supports business development and recruiting initiatives.

Lead Prophet’s Insights & Analytics practice by developing executive client relationships, delivering research and analytics engagements, driving business development, advancing AI-enabled methodologies, overseeing technical specialists, creating intellectual property, managing vendors, and growing a high-performing global team. The role also owns commercial performance, methodological quality, cross-functional consulting integration, and firm-wide strategic contributions.

The Insights Associate will develop qualitative and quantitative research, analysis plans, and model insights for client strategies, while managing projects and communication.
