Architect and operate HubSpot, build MQL-to-SQL flows, run lifecycle campaigns across markets and languages, scale CRM partnerships and events, lead a team of three, embed AI automation (Claude), and measure and optimize retention and conversion.

Lead paid and organic user acquisition across multiple countries and languages. Own strategy, channel mix, budgets, measurement, creative direction, and vendor management. Scale SEO and pSEO, develop Meta strategy, build playbooks (encoded as Claude skills), collaborate with PMs on conversion and lifecycle, and continuously iterate using customer insights and data.
