The role is accountable for B2B revenue, monthly active users, and app adoption; manages budget, leads execution teams, partners with Sales, Customer Success, and Product, and uses AI to build scalable growth playbooks.

Own end-to-end B2C growth across acquisition, app adoption, lifecycle marketing, retention, and reactivation. Set strategy, manage budgets, direct paid media specialists, run experiments, connect content research to listing searches, and prepare international scaling across France, Spain, and Switzerland. Use data, AI, and customer insights to improve conversion and lifetime value while partnering with Product and nurturing teams.
