Own company revenue across direct, OEM, and distributor channels; close complex technical hardware deals; manage strategic negotiations, pricing, forecasting, CRM discipline, and commercial agreements. Lead and develop the sales organization, design hiring and compensation plans, build channel and marketing programs, translate customer requirements for engineering, and ensure commitments align with supply chain, production capacity, margins, and delivery capabilities.

Leads robotics program execution from development through production, coordinating hardware, software, testing, operations, manufacturing, and executive stakeholders. Owns timelines, dependencies, critical paths, risks, communication, process development, and configuration control. Contributes to product roadmap and organizational scaling while driving alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement across multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Own fast-turn prototype procurement during new product development. Run RFQs, place orders, manage quick-turn suppliers, track prototype CM sourcing, evaluate suppliers and parts for production transition, maintain should-cost visibility, identify excessive markups, and coordinate handoffs among engineering, production sourcing, materials teams, and contract manufacturers.

Supports product and program initiatives by managing timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, requirements, research, launches, and cross-functional coordination. The role suits an early-career engineer who can navigate ambiguity, learn unfamiliar domains, and bring structure to multiple workstreams across design, engineering, marketing, and operations.

Design and support battery modules and packs through CAD, drawings, tolerance analysis, thermal simulation, validation testing, prototyping, and manufacturing support. The engineer will assist with vibration, drop, and thermal cycling tests; organize test data; maintain BOMs and revision history; document procedures; and coordinate with vendors under senior engineer guidance. The role is suited to an early-career mechanical engineer interested in battery systems and thermal analysis.

Lead end-to-end testing and validation for battery backup systems, from cell through rack scale. Define test strategies, execute characterization, safety, reliability, thermal, abuse, and EMC programs, and own validation sign-off. Build custom fixtures and test hardware, analyze data, resolve cross-functional issues, manage schedules through production ramp, coordinate with external test houses and certification bodies, maintain lab safety and calibration standards, and mentor test engineers and technicians.

Own battery module and pack mechanical design from concept through production. Lead thermal and structural simulation, select interface materials, run thermal and mechanical validation testing, analyze root causes, and drive corrective actions. Manage CAD revisions, BOMs, engineering documentation, design reviews, tolerance analysis, and DFM decisions. Collaborate with electrical, controls, and manufacturing teams while mentoring junior mechanical engineers and making independent design trade-offs.

Lead a multidisciplinary hardware engineering organization spanning mechanical and electrical engineering. Coach existing leaders, set engineering standards, guide architecture and execution, manage technical risk, and partner with product, programs, operations, supply chain, and quality through production. Ensure designs are manufacturable, serviceable, and robust for industrial customers while developing talent, career paths, hiring standards, and feedback loops that improve product quality.

Owns end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics for large-format dangerous-goods battery systems. Responsibilities include freight forwarder and carrier management, international and Asia-origin shipping, hazmat compliance, customer delivery, packaging validation, reverse logistics, customs coordination, and transit issue resolution. Builds the logistics function from scratch, manages the Materials Program Manager, negotiates freight rates and service levels, and partners cross-functionally to support commercial and defense customers.

Build and own the company’s S&OP, demand forecasting, capacity modeling, and scenario-planning processes. Reconcile demand with contract manufacturer throughput, equipment constraints, and cell supply. Initially manage materials execution, including purchase orders, supplier expediting, shortage recovery, and build readiness. Lead cross-functional alignment among sales, engineering, procurement, suppliers, and leadership, eventually hiring and transitioning execution responsibilities to a dedicated team member.

Own and build the proactive supplier quality function across mechanical, electrical, packaging, and cell suppliers. Lead supplier qualification, PPAP, APQP, audits, scorecards, supplier development, CAPA investigations, and process improvement. Manage an SQE, establish incoming and first-article inspection standards, partner with engineering, sourcing, and the contract manufacturer, and develop supplier quality systems for production growth. The role includes hands-on factory engagement and domestic and occasional Asia supplier travel.
