Shape technical strategy, author architectures, guide teams on Azure-based CI/CD, migrate codebases from C# to Rust, and represent Propellerhead to senior client stakeholders. Drive quality measures, operational instrumentation, and integrate streaming/messaging solutions while using AI to prototype and accelerate delivery.

Lead research and define technical strategy; design and build full-stack enterprise software and deployment architectures (with heavy LLM assistance); migrate polyglot systems toward standardized Rust and TypeScript; mentor engineers; collaborate with clients; drive CI/CD, cloud deployments, and microservices/messaging-based distributed designs.

Work with clients to find and frame valuable problems, define measurable success, lead discovery and scope, and use AI to rapidly prototype and validate product ideas. Maintain stakeholder relationships, ensure delivery focuses on funded backlog, coordinate teams, and communicate context to deliver measurable outcomes into production.
