Own business-hours client support by triaging and resolving incidents, investigating root causes, monitoring progress, communicating updates, and implementing preventive improvements. The role partners with reliability, development, and technical operations teams on DevOps activities, system resilience, observability, documentation, and incident reporting. It requires Azure and Linux familiarity, Azure network analysis, strong communication, client engagement, problem-solving, and AI-assisted code or documentation experience.

Lead research and define technical strategy; design and build full-stack enterprise software and deployment architectures (with heavy LLM assistance); migrate polyglot systems toward standardized Rust and TypeScript; mentor engineers; collaborate with clients; drive CI/CD, cloud deployments, and microservices/messaging-based distributed designs.

Work with clients to find and frame valuable problems, define measurable success, lead discovery and scope, and use AI to rapidly prototype and validate product ideas. Maintain stakeholder relationships, ensure delivery focuses on funded backlog, coordinate teams, and communicate context to deliver measurable outcomes into production.
