Provide business-hours support for production systems by triaging and resolving incidents, investigating root causes, communicating with clients, and documenting outcomes. Contribute to DevOps, monitoring, reliability, observability, resilience, technical reviews, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with reliability, quality operations, technology operations, and development teams to implement solutions and improve system architecture and deployment processes.

Lead research and define technical strategy; design and build full-stack enterprise software and deployment architectures (with heavy LLM assistance); migrate polyglot systems toward standardized Rust and TypeScript; mentor engineers; collaborate with clients; drive CI/CD, cloud deployments, and microservices/messaging-based distributed designs.

Work with clients to find and frame valuable problems, define measurable success, lead discovery and scope, and use AI to rapidly prototype and validate product ideas. Maintain stakeholder relationships, ensure delivery focuses on funded backlog, coordinate teams, and communicate context to deliver measurable outcomes into production.
