Lead and operate Propeller's RevOps function: run day-to-day GTM operations (new logo, existing customer, marketing), deploy AI-enabled workflows, ensure revenue visibility and analytics, own strategic initiatives (currently pricing), and recruit/coach a high-performing operations team partnering closely with GTM leadership and the Systems & AI Platform.

Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers to deliver customer-focused products. Own team health, performance, hiring, onboarding, and career development. Support Customer Success Managers by coordinating customer scheduling, drafting executive-ready follow-ups, maintaining HubSpot data hygiene, monitoring usage/health trends, preparing customer materials, assisting renewals and onboarding logistics, and surfacing product feedback to improve retention and adoption.

Build and own foundational full‑stack systems for Propeller's 3D mapping platform: design, implement, test, ship, and maintain services and UI, collaborate across teams, and support adoption of shared patterns.

Lead and develop a group of engineering teams via Engineering Managers, ensuring technical quality, sustainable systems, strong EM leadership, healthy org structure, and direct coaching of senior individual contributors. Foster an inclusive culture, align cross-functional work, manage hiring and performance, and balance rapid delivery with deliberate tech-debt management.

Lead reliability and infrastructure efforts across AWS, Kubernetes, networking, and on-prem systems. Improve observability, SLOs, alerting, and incident response; automate toil with IaC and tooling; mentor engineers and guide platform decisions to increase operability, resilience, and recoverability.

Prospect and qualify new business opportunities for Propeller's drone-based site-mapping SaaS. Analyze top-of-funnel lead behavior, engage prospects via calls and email, meet activity KPIs, and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives. Role includes coaching, cross-team collaboration, and growth into senior sales or customer-facing roles.

Lead end-to-end development of Propeller's DirtMate platform across mobile and web. Shape architecture, ship features, collaborate with product and design, incorporate AI tools into workflows, and turn survey data into actionable insights while fostering a pragmatic, high-impact engineering culture.

Sell Propeller's hardware and software to new customers across LATAM (focus Brazil and Mexico). Manage full sales cycle using inbound, outbound, and partner referrals, prospecting to hit quotas, build long-term customer relationships, and collaborate with channel partners to drive revenue.

Lead reliability and infrastructure improvements across AWS, Kubernetes, networking, and on-prem systems. Improve observability, SLOs, automation, incident response, and operational maturity while mentoring teams and driving durable reliability improvements.

Own new-business sales across LATAM (focus Brazil and Mexico). Full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, outbound, partner alignment, navigating multi-stakeholder deals, and closing. Generate leads, hit quotas, build long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders, and establish Propeller as the regional market leader.
