Provide pragmatic commercial legal guidance across Propeller’s global operations. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating customer and vendor contracts, supporting sales and corporate transactions, advising Marketing and RevOps, managing GDPR and privacy compliance, interpreting international laws, overseeing disputes, and improving legal processes. The role also supports fundraising, M&A, governance, and regulatory compliance for AI-enabled SaaS products.

Leads the APAC Customer Success team for a B2B SaaS company, owning regional retention, expansion, forecasting, enterprise account strategy, and escalation management. The role develops team capability through coaching and performance management while partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Support. It also translates regional customer insights into product roadmap feedback and requires at least three days per week in the Sydney office.

Design, implement, and optimize Temporal-based backend processing pipelines that transform large survey datasets into 3D site outputs. Own reliability, scalability, and integrations for new scanning devices; maintain diagnostic tools and human-in-the-loop interfaces. Collaborate cross-functionally, review code, and mentor mid-level engineers to improve platform operations and architecture.
