Leads high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market teams in a hybrid Denver environment. Partners with hiring managers, manages expectations, optimizes ATS workflows and recruitment data, analyzes hiring pipelines, troubleshoots process gaps, and delivers a strong candidate experience. The role also supports cross-functional initiatives and requires sound judgment regarding AI applications in talent acquisition.

Coordinate EMEA marketing programs, including events, webinars, campaigns, regional localization, and sales follow-up. Maintain marketing calendars, projects, deliverables, and reporting while tracking registrations, form fills, MQLs, and event performance. Collaborate with regional, global marketing, and sales teams to remove blockers, gather market feedback, and improve campaign effectiveness. This early-career role requires strong organization, proactive execution, communication, and comfort working independently across time zones.

Manage an EMEA portfolio of B2B SaaS customers from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion. Build trusted customer relationships, drive platform usage and measurable outcomes, monitor customer health in Gainsight, lead business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, channel partners, and dealers. The role requires bilingual communication, remote cross-country collaboration, and travel for customer needs, events, and team meetups.
