Own Marketplace advertising campaigns from inventory booking through launch, delivery, pacing, QA, and post-campaign review. Build campaigns in the internal CMS and Braze, create collection pages from design specifications, configure A/B tests, monitor budgets and performance, coordinate seasonal timelines across cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, and improve campaign tooling. The Staff Software Engineer will lead technical projects, develop full-stack software, mentor teams, and drive product direction at Propel, focusing on impactful solutions.

Develop positioning, messaging, customer-facing copy, go-to-market plans, and lifecycle strategies for consumer products serving SNAP recipients and Medicare users. Conduct audience research, shape product decisions, define success metrics, design experiments, and analyze adoption, engagement, conversion, and revenue data. Partner with Product, Lifecycle, Growth, Research, and business teams to drive product discovery, activation, retention, and repeat engagement.

Design, build, and ship full-stack features across mobile (Vue/TypeScript/Capacitor) and backend systems (Python/Flask/Postgres/Redis/AWS). Drive architecture, partner with Product and Design, decompose ambiguous problems into iterative work, participate in on-call rotation, and mentor through design and code reviews to support millions of users accessing government benefits.
