Prototype emerging AI frameworks, evaluate quality and reliability, document patterns, and collaborate with engineers, security researchers, and product leads to enable agentic AI development across the company.

Design and implement a multi-tenant web application for managing Microsoft Azure objects using the ASP.NET MVC stack. Translate stakeholder requirements into maintainable code, apply object-oriented design patterns, collaborate with team members, prioritize sprint tasks, meet deadlines, and support usability from design through user acceptance testing. The role requires web development, AI/ML, Azure, Git, and effective communication skills, along with a portfolio of programming or design work.

Own applied AI research from problem framing through experimentation, evaluation, prototyping, and production deployment. Build agentic systems, evaluation platforms, model-serving solutions, and self-improving workflows across hosted and self-hosted models. Measure quality, cost, reliability, and speed; advise deployment teams; mentor engineers; and improve coding-agent practices.
