Lead enterprise client reporting and manage Proof’s data team. Own report accuracy, delivery, client relationships, data pipelines, shared models, BI tooling, and internal data insights. Coach team members, guide technical decisions, review SQL and data models, partner with Engineering and Product, resolve reconciliation issues, and improve automation. The role will establish data quality standards and help the company use trusted data to support growth, internal tools, and AI systems.

Build and maintain frontend and backend components for a rapidly scaling legal-tech platform. Develop APIs and backend systems in Go, implement React/TypeScript user interfaces, optimize performance and security, write tests and CI/CD pipelines, perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with Product and Design in an agile environment.

Own retention, expansion, and revenue growth across a portfolio of law-firm customers. Build executive relationships, identify expansion opportunities, lead strategic business reviews, monitor account health, support new-logo ramping, and maintain expansion forecasts. Partner with Account Executives and internal teams to protect revenue and grow customer share of wallet.

Handles end-to-end legal e-filing, including case initiations, affidavits, motions, dismissals, and related documents. Resolves complex and rejected filings, manages escalations, researches unclear issues, supports sensitive client matters, and reviews errors and filing trends to identify operational risks. The role requires meeting turnaround times while maintaining accuracy, quality, sound judgment, and attention to detail.

Complete and manage legal e-filings throughout the case lifecycle, including initiations, affidavits, motions, and dismissals. Resolve complex or rejected filings, handle escalations and sensitive matters, research unclear issues, and identify operational risks through exception and trend analysis. Maintain accuracy, quality, and turnaround times while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Prepare, edit, and review affidavits of service and nonservice for accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance. Conduct quality assurance, ensure adherence to state and federal filing requirements, finalize documents for electronic filing, collaborate with legal teams and process servers, and adapt to changing procedures and technologies.

Own a territory selling to plaintiff law firms through outbound prospecting, referrals, and field activity. Build relationships with firm owners, attorneys, and operations leaders; conduct consultative discovery; manage opportunities through close; and partner with Customer Success on account handoffs. The role requires pipeline generation, full-cycle B2B sales, travel to prospects and customers, and disciplined forecasting. Legal services, legal technology, or service-of-process experience is preferred.

Own pre-sales solution design and end-to-end implementations for creditors’ rights clients. Map portfolios, workflows, jurisdictions, integrations, pricing, and reporting requirements; coordinate data exchanges, APIs, pilots, QA, go-live, and handoffs. Partner with Sales, Service Delivery, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and vendors while managing timelines and success metrics. Provide expertise on collections litigation, service of process, e-filing, post-judgment workflows, FDCPA, Regulation F, and related compliance requirements.
