Provide patient-centered psychiatric nursing care on the unit: assess patients, develop and implement nursing diagnoses and care plans, collaborate with families and care team, evaluate outcomes, maintain documentation, and participate in continuing education and unit improvement.

Provide LPN clinical support in a physician surgery office: perform specialized tests, collect baseline patient data, document visit reasons, ensure patient safety, follow value-based care protocols, and manage medical/office supplies and time efficiently.

Implement and maintain clinical quality initiatives by monitoring outcomes, reviewing charts, supporting quality improvement strategies, collaborating with leadership and Quality Leads, and setting short- and long-term goals aligned with organizational strategy.
