Responsibilities include planning, governance, budgeting, resource and vendor coordination, risk and change management, stakeholder communications, release readiness, cutover, hypercare, and operational handover. The role coordinates technical and business teams, manages delivery metrics and financials, and ensures predictable execution across scope, schedule, quality, and risk.

Designs and develops enterprise integration solutions using IBM webMethods, focusing on B2B/EDI integrations, API strategy, partner onboarding, messaging, and secure data exchange. Responsibilities include architecture, performance tuning, error handling, monitoring, CI/CD, automated deployments, and customer collaboration. The role requires expertise in webMethods Integration Server, Designer, API Gateway, adapters, REST/SOAP services, messaging, and event-driven integration patterns.

Administer and support ROSA and OpenShift platforms, including cluster configuration, lifecycle management, upgrades, troubleshooting, networking, storage, security, RBAC, monitoring, and performance management. Automate operations using Ansible, Terraform, GitOps, and related tools. Collaborate with AWS, Red Hat, infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve complex incidents, maintain documentation, support workload migrations, and mentor junior administrators.

Develop and support Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS solutions across HR, payroll, benefits, absence, compensation, workflows, integrations, and reporting. Perform requirements gathering, gap analysis, configuration, customization, testing, upgrades, patch validation, data migration, production troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Develop PL/SQL, Java, forms, reports, SOAP and REST integrations, and technical documentation. Support Oracle Fusion Cloud initiatives and work independently with clients and project teams.

Develop and test software solutions using MuleSoft, applying strong coding skills and banking domain knowledge. Collaborate effectively with business analysts and communicate clearly in written and spoken English. The role is a permanent, on-site position based in Hyderabad, India.

Define and govern enterprise-scale Confluent and Apache Kafka architectures, standards, and implementations. Provide hands-on support for platform setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. Govern topics, schemas, data contracts, retention, and integrations using Kafka Connect and Schema Registry. Guide secure, highly available, resilient, and scalable deployments across cloud or Kubernetes environments. Review solution designs, support technical workshops, collaborate with engineering and platform teams, and oversee partner implementations.

Develop and maintain automated tests using Playwright and Selenium for web, API, and integration layers. Build and enhance automation frameworks, integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines, collaborate with development and QA teams, participate in code reviews and defect analysis, and support test data, environments, and execution stability.
