Develop and maintain .NET Web APIs, database schemas, CRUD operations, search and document services for estates, contracts, and legal documents. Build Azure Functions, optimize PostgreSQL databases, implement CDC audit trails and stored procedures, and integrate external systems including SharePoint and DocuSign. Apply Microsoft Entra authentication, RBAC, secure coding, logging, exception handling, and scalability best practices while collaborating with front-end, DevOps, and QA teams.

Lead organizational change initiatives for technology implementations, product launches, process transformations, and business change programs. Assess impacts, identify stakeholders, develop communication and training strategies, manage adoption, monitor readiness and effectiveness, support UAT and rollout activities, and ensure successful transition into business-as-usual operations. Partner with business, technology, product, HR, training, and communications teams while reporting on risks, adoption metrics, and change readiness.

Drive enterprise software revenue through IBM ecosystem relationships, strategic go-to-market plays, software subscriptions, licensing, renewals, and complex enterprise transactions. Build pipeline, business cases, proposals, pricing, and forecasts; collaborate with sales, technical, delivery, and partner teams; negotiate and close opportunities; and support broader sales enablement. Success includes achieving a $2M–$3M margin quota and expanding IBM-sourced opportunities.
