Leads offshore delivery across Salesforce, rules/process, and integration workstreams. Translates architecture into technical tasks, coordinates sprints and dependencies, conducts code reviews, guides Java and Python services development, supports testing and defect resolution, manages cloud deployments through CI/CD, mentors engineers, tracks delivery, and coordinates production stabilization and on-call activities.

Develop and support SAP ABAP solutions for S/4HANA migration projects. Analyze legacy systems, perform migration activities, build ABAP on HANA solutions using CDS views and AMDP, optimize performance, and work with SAP BTP extensions and integrations. The role also involves technical debugging, problem-solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The Legal Manager will provide strategic legal counsel across contracts, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, employment matters, disputes, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and due diligence. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreements, conducting legal research, developing policies, coordinating external counsel, delivering employee training, and monitoring regulatory developments. The role also leads and mentors legal professionals while supporting business initiatives and protecting the company’s interests.
