Leads plant-wide supply chain and materials management, including purchasing, production planning, scheduling, inventory, logistics, receiving, material handling, and shop-floor control. Drives lean manufacturing, Kanban, cycle counting, inventory accuracy, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversees purchase orders, master production schedules, MRP data, physical inventories, and cross-functional operational objectives. Builds and manages teams, develops processes, and supports on-time delivery, production efficiency, and inventory optimization. Requires occasional international travel.

Leads strategic sourcing and supply chain initiatives for indirect materials, services, and equipment. Analyzes spend, market trends, supplier capabilities, delivery, quality, and inventory needs; develops sourcing strategies and negotiates supplier terms. Manages supplier relationships, VMI programs, purchase orders, MRP activities, expedites, and key performance reporting. Partners with operations, engineering, finance, HR, marketing, and plant teams to reduce costs, improve availability and quality, and support production.

Responsible for industrial engineering activities including method analysis, material flow, machine loading, capacity studies, labor planning, and manufacturing capability records. The role identifies production problems, develops improvement programs, reduces maintenance costs, improves output, supports manufacturing systems, and collaborates with engineering, production, sales, sourcing, and manufacturing leadership.
