Lead day-to-day warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment: plan labor, oversee receiving/packing/shipping, manage inventory and cycle counts, execute work orders, track KPIs, train and coach staff, drive Lean/Kaizen improvements, and coordinate facility maintenance and contractors to ensure safe, efficient material flow.

Manage end-to-end procurement for assigned commodities: sourcing, supplier selection and negotiation, purchase orders, inventory planning, and supplier performance. Use SAP/MRP to ensure material availability, drive cost reductions, support NPIs, and report key supply chain metrics while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Coordinate and deliver employee training programs, manage LMS and vendors, track training metrics and budgets, support HR initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, and cross-functional learning to build continuous learning culture.
