Leads enterprise information security and cloud operations for an AI-driven healthcare platform. Owns cybersecurity strategy, continuous compliance, cloud infrastructure, threat management, identity and access, data protection, incident response, AI security, vendor risk, and regulatory readiness across HITRUST, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, HIPAA, FDA, and GxP requirements.

Develops and executes manufacturing, packaging, and inventory plans for clinical supply kits used in global clinical studies. The role translates study forecasts and enrollment projections into production schedules, manages safety stock and reorder points, monitors inventory and kit consumption, and mitigates supply risks. It coordinates with manufacturing, clinical supply chain, quality, logistics, and clinical operations while maintaining planning data and reports in ERP and supply systems. The position also supports compliance with GMP, GDP, GCP, and related regulatory requirements.

The Lead Software Quality Engineering, Backend will oversee validation of a cloud-based data platform, lead a team of engineers, and contribute to automation and verification strategies for healthcare technologies.

As a Data Science Intern, you will develop and validate LLM pipelines for extracting clinical endpoints from EHR data, ensuring data quality for clinical analysis.

Serve as primary client contact for clinical research projects; lead internal teams to deliver projects on time and budget; onboard and train clients; identify growth opportunities; support contracting, pricing and budgets; generate performance reports; resolve operational issues and drive continuous improvement to grow accounts and ensure excellent client service.

Lead definition, roadmap, and validation of clinical endpoints for cardiovascular trials, including digital biomarkers, sensor and lab-based measures, and ePRO/eCOA. Select sensors/partners, define raw data capture, work with Data Science and Clinical on biomarker development, ensure regulatory and quality readiness (FDA/EMA, validation frameworks), and engage sponsors to prioritize and deliver trial-ready measures.

Own end-to-end product design for clinical cardiology products from discovery through production. Lead product vision and strategy, solve complex ambiguous problems, and deliver information architecture, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, clinical, regulatory, and legal teams, run workshops, conduct user research, and provide clear design specifications for development handoff.

Design and govern Prolaio's regulated healthcare data platform: define architectures, models, pipelines, and lifecycle management for clinical, device, claims, and patient-generated data; apply healthcare terminologies and common data models; enable secure, interoperable, AI-ready datasets for analytics, research, clinical operations, and regulated workflows.
