Oversee optical, device, final assembly, and packaging operations. Build and maintain automated production test environments for embedded Linux instruments. Automate device identification, network boot, disk and filesystem setup, software installation, and test suites. Integrate calibration and configuration data with cloud systems, troubleshoot across hardware/software/network layers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production provisioning, testing, and recovery workflows.

Design, develop, and maintain firmware for microcontroller-based IoT laser spectroscopy sensors. Support hardware bring-up, debug prototypes, implement serial communications, maintain revision control and CI/CD, automate manufacturing test/configuration, document designs, and perform firmware failure analysis and improvements.

Lead design, build, and maintenance of scalable web applications and services (C# or Java). Own systems, influence technical direction, collaborate with product and leadership, and deliver reliable, high‑impact solutions in a hybrid Denver startup environment.

Lead electrical design for next-gen laser-based gas analyzers: analog front-ends, laser drivers, high-ENOB ADC/DAC, PCB lifecycle, prototyping, validation, component selection, cross-functional production ramp, and mentor engineers.
