The Manager of Web and Mobile Engineering leads engineering teams to enhance digital channels, mentors engineers, and ensures the delivery of web and mobile services that meet user needs and business objectives.

Lead and scale end-to-end contracting across client, provider, partner, and vendor agreements. Build processes, SLAs, CLM (Ironclad) ownership, templates/playbooks, and governance. Manage and mentor a contracting team, negotiate complex agreements, partner with Legal, Sales, Finance and Operations, and drive operational excellence and reporting across the contract lifecycle.

Build and maintain internal and external partnerships, manage vendor/carrier integrations, identify and mitigate implementation risks, communicate processes, train resources, and maintain project plans and benefit grids in the CRM to ensure successful operational setup and client satisfaction.

Provide executive support to Progyny's Leadership team by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and expenses.

The Senior Events Manager oversees the strategy, planning, and execution of B2B events, driving pipeline growth and brand presence while collaborating with various stakeholders and managing event performance insights.

The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial analysis, support budgeting, reporting, variance analysis, and work on cross-functional projects to drive decision-making.

The Senior Associate, Public Relations & Communications will develop and execute media programs, manage media relations, and support PR campaigns, enhancing brand visibility in women's health and benefits.
