The Manager of Web and Mobile Engineering leads engineering teams to enhance digital channels, mentors engineers, and ensures the delivery of web and mobile services that meet user needs and business objectives.

Lead and scale end-to-end contracting across client, provider, partner, and vendor agreements. Build processes, SLAs, CLM (Ironclad) ownership, templates/playbooks, and governance. Manage and mentor a contracting team, negotiate complex agreements, partner with Legal, Sales, Finance and Operations, and drive operational excellence and reporting across the contract lifecycle.

The Talent Operations Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team by developing a centralized metrics dashboard, conducting data analysis, leveraging AI for insights, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve hiring outcomes.
