Manage and drive smooth client benefit implementations, plan year rollovers, and off-peak projects. Build and maintain internal and external partnerships, manage vendor/carrier integrations, identify and mitigate implementation risks, communicate processes, train resources, and maintain project plans and benefit grids in the CRM to ensure successful operational setup and client satisfaction.
