Lead the IT department’s strategy, roadmap, technical standards, and team. Architect and secure enterprise infrastructure using Microsoft Entra, Defender, Intune, JAMF, Azure, and Microsoft 365. Drive automation through Power Apps, Power Automate, or n8n; govern Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange; support workforce AI adoption; manage compliance controls; oversee vendors; and translate technical risks into executive-level business cases.

The Manager leads programs to enable quality learning, partners with business leaders on LMS solutions, drives engagement, and improves learning experiences.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for employer onboarding, member enrollment, client implementation, and client success tools. Own enrollment operations, file ingestion, identity matching, MPI, and internal implementation workflows; improve data quality, build tooling for error resolution and account health visibility, manage two direct reports, and partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable outcomes.
