The Senior Events Manager oversees the strategy, planning, and execution of B2B events, driving pipeline growth and brand presence while collaborating with various stakeholders and managing event performance insights.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for employer onboarding, member enrollment, client implementation, and client success tools. Own enrollment operations, file ingestion, identity matching, MPI, and internal implementation workflows; improve data quality, build tooling for error resolution and account health visibility, manage two direct reports, and partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable outcomes.

Support day-to-day payroll operations for US and Canada using Workday, processing semi-monthly and weekly equity payrolls. Ensure SOX and regulatory compliance, perform payroll reconciliations with accounting, generate compensation and financial reports, assist employees with payroll inquiries, support audits, and lead payroll process improvements and automation initiatives.
