Lead small-group fitness and work-conditioning sessions for industrial workforce participants. Provide instruction on warm-ups, conditioning, stretching, ergonomics, safety, and wellness topics including hydration, nutrition, sleep, stress, and self-care. Promote safe technique, participant engagement, and program consistency while coordinating with leadership and reporting class performance. This is a flexible, part-time role with recurring three-week training cycles.

Processes incoming patient referrals, contacts patients, schedules initial and walk-up evaluations, documents outreach and lost referrals, enters appointments and referral records into the EMR, and handles phone calls and voicemails. The role requires professionalism, organization, confidentiality, strong follow-up, computer proficiency, and effective independent and team-based work in an in-office outpatient orthopedic clinic.

Provide ergonomic coaching, lift training, movement simulations, injury prevention, assessment and medical triage per OSHA standards; conduct ergonomic assessments, recommend interventions, document outcomes, and report program metrics to leadership in an airport operational setting.
