Provides independent IT support for employees, including hardware and software installation, network and server administration, phone system support, email and antivirus administration, troubleshooting, user training, vendor coordination, procurement assistance, and IT project leadership. The role also monitors security and backup protocols, coordinates with technical teams, resolves technology issues, and provides end-user support through telephone, in-person, and online channels.

Maintains cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout facility interiors, exteriors, grounds, shops, and work areas. Duties include restroom and office cleaning, trash removal, floor care, pressure washing, mowing, pallet organization, equipment washing, supply inventory management, emergency cleaning response, and minor facility maintenance. Requires safe work practices, PPE use, physical stamina, reliability, and attention to detail.

Maintains cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the facility, grounds, shop, offices, restrooms, and common areas. Duties include mowing, pressure washing, equipment cleaning, pallet organization, floor care, trash removal, restroom restocking, supply inventory management, emergency cleaning response, and minor facility maintenance. Requires physical stamina, safe work practices, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Industrial or shop experience is preferred.
