Responsibilities include territory planning, account strategy, revenue growth, contract proposals and negotiations, customer support, competitive research, reseller development, trade shows, marketing plans, product troubleshooting, and complaint resolution.

Supports daily HR operations with primary responsibility for payroll and benefits administration. Maintains employee records, FMLA documentation, and employment-law compliance; manages benefits eligibility, enrollment, reconciliation, and open enrollment. Prepares weekly and biweekly payroll, responds to employee inquiries, supports recruiting, onboarding, terminations, and offer letters, and conducts benefits presentations.
