Design, test, and commission motor-control electronics and PCB hardware for linear actuator products. Responsibilities include schematic design, PCB and flexible PCB development, circuit analysis, component evaluation, debugging, reliability testing, documentation, quality-control support, and collaboration with firmware, mechanical, product, and overseas manufacturing teams. The engineer will also support design for manufacturability, production readiness, and serve as product owner for electronic product development and launches.

Develops linear actuators, hardware accessories, and electromechanical products from concept through production. Responsibilities include mechanical design, SolidWorks simulation, prototyping, testing, manufacturing documentation, supplier coordination, purchasing and assembly process development, quality control, certification submissions, technical documentation, product education, marketing launches, and resolving product issues. The role requires hands-on engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and increasing ownership of self-led projects.

Provide technical and general customer support through tickets, email, chat, and phone. Troubleshoot linear actuators, control systems, DC motors, and wiring; recommend suitable products; identify missing components; explain solutions clearly; escalate recurring product and documentation issues; and meet response-time targets while managing a busy support queue.

Manages B2B OEM and project-based accounts, developing relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and supporting customer satisfaction. Provides technical guidance on product selection, customization, and integration; coordinates product validation, implementation, orders, demand planning, timelines, and logistics. Collaborates with application engineering, product development, quality, and customer success teams while reporting market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity.

Develop desktop, mobile, and connectivity software integrating linear actuators and control systems with third-party devices and industrial platforms. Build communication libraries, APIs, connectors, and protocol integrations using BLE, Matter, UART, and CANBUS. Implement packet framing, parsing, checksums, and serial communication. Enhance Flutter mobile and Python PyQt5 desktop applications while testing and debugging software interactions with embedded systems.

Leads the design, simulation, prototyping, testing, documentation, manufacturing, sourcing, assembly, quality control, certification, and launch of linear actuators. Creates manufacturing processes, resolves product issues, develops technical materials, coordinates with suppliers, supports marketing launches, and leads internal product education. May help lead the mechanical design team.
