Prospect into assigned B2B manufacturing and technical markets to identify target accounts, map buying committees, conduct multichannel outreach, and generate qualified leads. The role uses cold calling, LinkedIn, email, CRM tools, and marketing support to understand prospect needs, recommend relevant linear motion products with engineering support, nurture opportunities, and qualify leads before handoff to account executives or engineering teams.

Design, test, and commission motor-control electronics and PCB hardware for linear actuator products. Responsibilities include schematic design, PCB and flexible PCB development, circuit analysis, component evaluation, debugging, reliability testing, documentation, quality-control support, and collaboration with firmware, mechanical, product, and overseas manufacturing teams. The engineer will also support design for manufacturability, production readiness, and serve as product owner for electronic product development and launches.

Develops linear actuators, hardware accessories, and electromechanical products from concept through production. Responsibilities include mechanical design, SolidWorks simulation, prototyping, testing, manufacturing documentation, supplier coordination, purchasing and assembly process development, quality control, certification submissions, technical documentation, product education, marketing launches, and resolving product issues. The role requires hands-on engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and increasing ownership of self-led projects.
