Supervise counseling and clinical staff, provide one-on-one supervision, individual and group therapy, manage cases, complete documentation and discharge summaries, evaluate admissions using ASAM criteria, assist recruitment, and support treatment delivery and staff training.

Provide campus safety and security at a drug and alcohol treatment center: greet visitors, screen for contraband, monitor fire panels, perform environmental rounds, de-escalate incidents, assist with admissions paperwork, liaise with emergency services, and communicate patient issues to staff while maintaining confidentiality.

Provide front-line desktop, phone, and systems support across Malvern locations: troubleshoot issues, create and manage support tickets, configure new PCs, assist department leads, and ensure timely resolution of IT requests.

Manage nursing unit operations and staff to deliver safe, high-quality behavioral health care. Oversee medication administration, infection control, emergency response, patient education, scheduling, performance improvement, and coordination with medical and pharmacy leadership. Supervise nurses, nursing assistants, students, and mental health technicians while ensuring compliance with policies, Nurse Practice Act, and Joint Commission standards.
