Leads 5–6 Clinical Aides while supporting patient safety, care, and daily operations in an addiction treatment setting. Maintains staffing, conducts searches and drug screens, supports patient groups and family visits, documents interactions in electronic medical records, coordinates volunteers, performs room inspections, assists with safety and infection control, and responds to emergencies. Requires strong communication, reliability, flexibility, and compliance with clinical procedures.

Directs the behavioral health facility’s Performance Improvement and Risk Management programs. Responsibilities include regulatory and accreditation compliance, inspections, audits, corrective action planning, root-cause analysis, committee coordination, patient complaint review, policy updates, incident investigations, peer review, records maintenance, and regulatory training. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, healthcare experience, strong compliance and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and up to 10% local travel.

Leads Clinical Aides on weekend shifts, coordinates staffing, supports patient safety and care, conducts searches and drug screens, facilitates patient activities, documents interactions in electronic medical records, assists with visits and emergencies, and maintains a safe treatment environment.
