Leads and mentors full-stack engineers while owning the technical roadmap and delivery of a payments and billing platform. Designs React, .NET, and SQL features; manages Stripe integrations, payment reliability, reconciliation, processor migrations, compliance, observability, testing, and incident readiness. Partners with product and engineering stakeholders, modernizes legacy systems, drives AI coding assistant adoption, and remains hands-on with architecture, code reviews, and complex money-movement problems.

Build and maintain customer education resources, including onboarding guides, webinars, video tutorials, knowledge base content, and self-service materials. Lead training sessions, workshops, product demonstrations, and webinars. Administer learning and certification programs, partner cross-functionally to address training needs, track engagement and feedback, and improve customer adoption across multiple SaaS product lines.

Owns the accounts payable automation platform, including workflow configuration, coding rules, integrations, vendor master governance, exception handling, and data integrity. Builds spend analytics, monitors touchless processing and coding accuracy, identifies payment leakage and working capital opportunities, reports AP metrics, supports accruals and reconciliations, and partners with Accounting on AP processes and Sage Intacct dimensions.

Provides software support to clients through email, phone, and live chat. Diagnoses and troubleshoots software issues, documents support cases, creates knowledge-base content, escalates complex problems, identifies recurring issues, and shares feedback with product and development teams. The role also identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities while protecting confidential information. This is a fully remote U.S. position.

Own the end-to-end revenue accounting cycle across multiple entities, including revenue close, deferred revenue reconciliation, ASC 606 application, contract analysis, journal entries, audit support, and technical accounting memos. The role also documents revenue workflows, improves billing and reconciliation processes, supports acquisition integration, and communicates complex financial information to business leaders.

Own the SaaS product lifecycle from research and strategy through roadmap planning, requirements, testing, launches, and commercialization. Analyze user analytics, customer feedback, market research, and competitive insights to prioritize features and guide product direction. Partner with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to execute releases, communicate product value, and support product-led growth, onboarding, retention, and go-to-market initiatives.

Generates new business opportunities through prospect research, outbound calls, emails, lead qualification, needs assessments, and product demonstrations. Schedules appointments, maintains CRM records, nurtures prospects, collaborates with sales, marketing, and product teams, and meets lead-generation and appointment-setting quotas. The role is hybrid in Raleigh, North Carolina and may require occasional travel.
